Writing for Your Professional Life: Developing a Teaching Philosophy Statement – September 28, 2021 (Webinar)
Our office is offering a writing skills workshop series for the purpose of assisting faculty in developing the narrative components of their academic dossiers and portfolios. In this interactive workshop, participants will receive specific tools, guidance and support as they define their teaching philosophy.
Learning Objectives:
After completing this workshop:
- Describe the elements of a strong teaching philosophy statement
- Articulate own beliefs about teaching and learning
- Apply a reflective approach to hone a teaching philosophy statement
