The purpose of this module is to give you an idea of your level of mental fitness and how you are balancing the different roles in your life. Various strategies to deal with the stresses of life and mental health issues are provided, along with ways to enjoy life more.

This curated list of resources primarily draws on local expertise and also includes some global resources. The content is loosely structured around the the Canadian Mental Health Association‘s Mental Health Meter, which you will complete in the first section of this course.  This self-assessment will help you consider some of the aspects affecting your individual mental health (balance, ability to enjoy life), as well as factors affecting mental health in the workplace (resilience, self-actualization, and flexibility).

While some of the resources include a health care provider focus, the content is suitable for anyone. Work through this module at your own pace and return to the module when you want. There are no quizzes. Working through all sections will constitute completion.
