About Us

We create and deliver top quality CPD programs throughout Manitoba aimed at health professionals of all kinds, with a particular focus on medical professionals

All of our programs are approved for credit by the Royal College and by the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) for physicians

We plan CPD conferences and events for others at competitive rates
We accredit programs for other organizations on behalf of the Royal College and, in some cases, the CFPC for an accreditation fee

The CPD team is committed to supporting health care professionals through medical education program development.

The CPD Medicine program is fully accredited by the Committee on Accreditation of Continuing Medical Education

We offer programs that feature live conference-style learning, skills-based workshops, simulation-based learning, blended learning (online + in person) and online courses

We are educational innovators and participate in academic and research CPD communities including the Society for Academic Continuing Medical Education (SACME)

Our CPD work is part of the Office of Continuing Competency and Assessment of the Rady Faculty of Health Sciences

Our Mission

We provide evidence-informed educational opportunities to medical professionals in order to support life-long learning, competence, and sustained practice development, in a culturally safe and responsive manner, also considering the context of team-based care.
