ACS Network Heart Attack Day – April 13, 2017
Description:
The ACS Network Heart Attack Day is the formal launch of the new set of standards and algorithms for the treatment of Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) across the province of Manitoba.
Objectives:
- Increase knowledge of the ACS Network’s 17 recommended standards
- Increase knowledge of the processes to help inform the monitoring and reporting of the 17 recommended standards
- Increase knowledge of the contemporary management of patients presenting with an acute coronary syndrome: from diagnosis to rehabilitation
Cost:
Physician: $50
Nurse/Allied Health: $25
Student/Resident: $10

MAINTENANCE OF CERTIFICATION
This event is an Accredited Group Learning Activity (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and approved by the CPD Medicine Program, University of Manitoba for a maximum of 5.5 hours.
