Cancer Day for Primary Care is a biennial full day education symposium dedicated to topics at the interface of primary care and oncology.  This year, topics will focus on Immunotherapy and will include lectures, panel presentations, and interactive discussions to provide attendees with practical and relevant information about the application of immunotherapies in cancer treatment, the management of immune related Adverse Events, and the current and future directions for this burgeoning area.

Objectives

  • Describe how immunotherapy has changed the cancer treatment landscape.
  • Describe the basic science of cancer immunotherapy.
  • Describe the types of immunotherapy currently used in the clinics
  • Demonstrate the management of immune-related toxicities

 

This event is available via MBTelehealth sites throughout Winnipeg and Manitoba. Please check your site for availability and reserve prior to registering.

 

Registration Fee to attend live at the Bannatyne Campus or via MBTelehealth sites:
