The course is limited to 12 participants who are graduates of the University of Manitoba IMG training programs. Preference will be given to those who are registered to sit the October 2017 and April 2018 CFPC exams. Should enrolment numbers be low, the CPD Medicine Program reserves the right to cancel this course by the end of the day, September 7, 2017. Should this be the case registrants will be contacted by email and receive a full refund.
The Continuing Professional Development Medicine Program, Max Rady College of Medicine at the University of Manitoba will offer a 12 hour (an evening and one full day) preparation course for the College of Family Physicians of Canada Certification Examination on September 29 & 30, 2017. The Friday evening session will provide participants with an overview of the examination; we will focus on preparing for the unique aspects of the CFPC exam. On Saturday, participants will complete a mock written exam and practice four simulated office orals. Course participants will receive feedback on their performance.
Please note that completion of this course does not guarantee success on the CFPC examination.
Cancelation Fees:
Cancelation must be made in writing. An admin fee or $100 will be retained for cancelations prior to September 7. Due to the complexity of this event absolutely no refunds after September 7.
