Learning Objectives
After completing this session, participants will be able to:
- Use ‘Snipping Tool’ to create instant copies of any image on your computer screen for uploading into PPT;
- Upload and embed videos from YouTube into a PPT presentation;
- Create a sound recording within a slide in PPT;
- Create a short video and/or sound recording and upload these into a PPT slide;
- Describe some basic audio editing features in Audacity software.
Please note: Participants are asked to bring:
- Laptop with Microsoft Office 2016 installed so that they can create and upload files into PPT;
- Headset (with earphones and microphone) to create and edit sample sound recording during session;
- Optional: Audacity software downloaded on your laptop (to follow along with quick audio editing demonstration);
- Optional: Smartphone with video/sound recording software to create a sample video recording during the session.
