Creativity in Teaching – June 7, 2018
Learning Objectives
When you don your teaching hat, you likely hope to entice, excite, and embolden learners to connect, inquire, and imagine what and how learning is of import to their studies and future practice. Being well-organized, clear and focused, and credible are important traits associated with good teaching. Be sure you develop these traits, but also consider exploring your skill in creative teaching, that is, facilitating imaginative understanding in self and others. In this interactive session, participants will explore the concept of creative teaching, connect creative elements of creative teaching to their own go-to teaching style, and imagine a creative teaching session.
