Course Objectives:
The conference is designed to give an overview of the pan-Canadian ESPRI (Electronic Synoptic Pathology Reporting Initiative) initiated by CPAC (Canadian Partnership Against Cancer); provide an update on autopsy and forensic pathology Quality Assurance procedures; and to guide pathologists regarding the appropriate communication to patients and peers when it comes to error disclosures and diagnostic disagreements.
