The Rady Faculty of Health Sciences promotes and supports a community that embraces equity, diversity and inclusion, provides for equality of opportunity and recognizes the dignity of all people. To achieve this commitment, we need to create a climate for transformational change. The people in the change are all of us: enthusiastic members of our community who want to champion Equity.

Through your participation in the discussions and activities of this workshop, we hope you will be able to:

• Discuss how Privilege can be used in a way that moves us forward together
• Explore EDI language and how it is evolving
• Address Systemic Barriers in our Community
• Explore Critical Allyship
• Determine our individual role in creating a climate for transformational change
