Flipping your Class – In an Online Environment (webinar) – December 9, 2020
Description:
Flipping your class refers to strategies to move active learning into the class/live group session, with students preparing/gaining the knowledge required in advance of the group session. Flipping your class can result in better learner engagement in the group session, more rewarding interactions, as well as deep learning of the content.
Learning Objectives:
By the end of this workshop you will be able to
- explain the basics of the Flipped Classroom in an online environment,
- describe the advantages and barriers of the Flipped Classroom, and
- design a Flipped lesson.
