Opportunities for offering formative feedback (or assessment for learning) in the classroom are plentiful. In this workshop, participants will review characteristics of effective formative feedback, practice giving written feedback, and consider opportunities for offering feedback in their teaching contexts.
Learning Objectives
At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
- apply principles of formative feedback and
- introduce or modify feedback practices in their classroom teaching.
