We are all affected by mental health problems at some point in our lives. For some of us, the fight against mental illness is a daily battle for survival. Local experts on mental health matters will lead us as we gather for a day of learning and reflection on this important topic. Join us in breaking down stigma and exploring the hope that treatment can bring.
