Description:

Canadians are living longer and healthier lives, but care of the elderly and the multi-morbidity that accompanies aging is a challenge for health providers. This signature interprofessional learning day will offer busy practitioners of all disciplines a crucial update on optimizing the work we do with elderly patients/clients and their caregivers. A visiting keynote speaker will kick off this much anticipated event!
