By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Apply peak performance strategies to enhance personal resilience
  • Explain how simple preparation routines can increase perceptions of control, and help buffer against vocational stressors
  • Develop responses to deal with acute and chronic stressors more effectively
