10:15-11:45   SOAP notes,forms,flow sheets, sample charts

11:45-12:30   Effective Consults

12:30-13:15  Lunch

13:15-14:15   Electronic Medical Records: Effective Use

14:15-16:15   Exercises/practice/questions re: particular cases

16:15-16:30 Wrap-up,closure and evaluations

16:30 Adjournment
