Description:

Through participation in this workshop, the learners will

  • review the role of negotiation within situations of conflict
  • identify opportunities to apply negotiation skills in academic settings
  • describe steps critical to successful negotiation
  • apply negotiation skills to academic cases
  • review University of Manitoba conflict management resources.
