In the rapidly evolving landscape of healthcare, the demand for competent and resilient healthcare professionals is more critical than ever. The inherent challenges and uncertainties faced by healthcare practitioners have underscored the need to equip them with robust coping and resiliency skills. Simulation-based learning has emerged as a powerful educational tool to foster experiential learning, enabling students to develop essential competencies in a safe and controlled environment.
