Panel on Classroom Innovations – June 2, 2021
An innovative classroom includes teaching strategies that are constantly evolving with teachers who are always looking to improve the learning experience. Sometimes change comes as the result of necessity, such as a collective pivot to online learning during Covid-19, while other times, teachers find innovative ways for students to connect with content. The RFHS has an abundance of teachers who have found new ways to engage learners in the classroom, both pre- and post-covid. This panel will present five of those teachers who will share the ways they have improved the learning experience through innovation.
Learning Objectives:
By the end of the session participants will be able to
- discover ways to innovate in the classroom and
- identify ways to incorporate innovation in your teaching practices.
Facilitator: Ben Collins, Cheryl Dika, Nicole Harder, Alexa Hryniuk, Anita Soni
