  • Differentiate between common benign and malignant eyelid lesions (Medical Expert)
  • Compare and contrast common blinding eye diseases of the elderly with regards to presentation, pathogenesis, prognosis, and treatment. (Medical Expert, Communicator)
  • Recognize essential components of the pediatric eye exam and diagnoses (Medical Expert)
  • Discuss the management of ocular trauma in the community (Medical Expert, Communicator, Health Advocate)
  • Describe cataracts and the goals of modern cataract surgery (Medical Expert, Leader, Scholar)
