Teaching Online 2: Asynchronous Learning (webinar) – January 26, 2021
Description:
The focus of this workshop will be adapting teaching for online delivery using asynchronous methods. There will also be a review of technological tools that faculty can use in delivering their content. Active learning strategies that can be utilized in an online setting that promote deep learning will be explored and discussed.
Learning Objectives:
- evaluate technological tools that support active learning that can be delivered asynchronously
- develop learning materials that promote active learning, student interaction, and engagement, for asynchronous delivery
