Tech Tools for Teaching Synchronously: Zoom, iClicker, Google Docs
This hands-on workshop will provide an overview of the features of Zoom. Participants will review the basic functionality of the software and walk through how to use the built-in tools to create an active learning environment. We will also review practical examples of how iClicker and Google Docs can be used in an online classroom.
Learning Objectives:
At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to
- create and configure an active learning environment in Zoom and
- identify opportunities to effectively incorporate other technologies, like iClicker and Google Docs into their teaching.
